1. What is MediTime?

MediTime is a smart medication reminder and info app that helps users track and manage their daily, weekly, or monthly medications.

2. How does MediTime send reminders?

MediTime uses push notifications scheduled via Firebase Cloud Messaging to remind users of upcoming medications based on their chosen schedule.

3. Is my data safe?

Yes, your data is securely stored using Firebase Firestore and Authentication. MediTime does not share your data with third parties.

4. What devices are supported?

MediTime is currently for iOS 16.6 and above.

5. How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app’s Settings page under the Privacy section. Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

6. Can I use MediTime without signing in?

No, users are required to sign in using Google or Apple accounts to use the app.

7. How do I update my medication schedule?

From the Dashboard, tap on Manage Medications and select the medication you wish to update or delete.

8. What if I miss a notification?

MediTime currently doesn’t offer logs, but the team plans to introduce medication logs and summaries in future updates.

9. Does MediTime support family or caregiver access?

Currently no feedbacks or logs yet but have plan to show some logs in the future.

10. Can I track my medication refill history?

In the future yes.

11. Will MediTime support health reports or charts?

In the future yes.

12. Who can see my data?

User only.

13. How do I give feedback?

Use the Contact Support option in the Settings page to send us feedback or issues directly.

14. Is MediTime HIPAA compliant?

As the app is not using medical data for business usages like insurances and stuff so no but have plan for the future.
